He was born more than 33 years ago. After primary and secondary school, I decided to get into the hotel and restaurant business. I am now a seasoned chef. Jean Jacques mbessa will rain 14 years in the hotel and restaurant industry, especially in European cuisine, continental cuisine. I have a great experience of international cuisine. He has 14 years of experience in large palaces, just like Hilton Yaounde and the presidency of the Republic of Cameroon currently I am chef in a restaurant the Mermo in Douala bonamoussadi.

Jean Jacques Mbessa, of Cameroonian origin, made his first steps in the hotel business as an extra and waiter in a 4-star hotel in Yaounde. The chef of the restaurant is not elsewhere in eboulowa Cameroon. I am a member of the Africa Gastronomique project. I manage all operations of Africa Gastronomique at Douala and Yaoundé.
