Elle vise \u00e0 sensibiliser le public aux r\u00e9alisations, aux m\u00e9rites et \u00e0 l\u2019importance de tous ces hommes et femmes qui travaillent professionnellement en tant que cuisiniers.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">Cette journ\u00e9e est n\u00e9e dans le but de rendre hommage \u00e0 tous les professionnels de la cuisine qui, par leurs techniques et leur professionnalisme donne une place de choix \u00e0 tout nos diff\u00e9rents mets.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">\u2764\ufe0f\u2764\ufe0f\u2764\ufe0f\u2764\ufe0f\u2764\ufe0f\u2764\ufe0fLes grands chefs, fi\u00e8rs de leur talent, font de la cuisine leur propre monde et d\u00e9veloppent de nouvelles cr\u00e9ations, de nouvelles combinaisons de jour en jour afin d&rsquo;\u00e9merveiller le grand public par leur multiples innovation et assemblage culinaire jamais vus.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">La journ\u00e9e internationale des chefs, <\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">est un jour du festival gastronomique qui est marqu\u00e9e par Le m\u00e9lange de saveurs, d\u2019odeurs et qui sert de point de rencontre pour les amateurs de la cuisine. Pour la comm\u00e9moration de cette \u00e9dition l&rsquo;Association Africa Gastronomique du Togo \u00e0 organiser un grand s\u00e9minaire dans le but de pr\u00e9senter les activit\u00e9s de l&rsquo;Association Africa Gastronomique au minist\u00e8re de l&rsquo;\u00e9ducation du Togo.
