AFRICA GASTRONOMIQUE: <\/strong><\/span><\/h1>

Africa Gastronomique Summit training seminars:
The awareness seminar is the third major event that exists in the Africa Gastronomic Project and is similar to a workshop
Third in all the events organized by Africa Gastronomique It can be organized by each country at least four times a year
It has the particularity of offering the invitations to neighboring countries much more to the marble and to the promoter of the Africa Gastronomic project or the presidents of associations.
It is an event placed under the coordination of the general management and directed by the local Africa Gastronomique association.
The event takes place over a period of 1 to 3 days at most
To succeed in this event, it is always advisable to set up a mixed and independent organizing committee of the association<\/p>


The Theme of the Seminar:<\/span><\/strong><\/h2>


The theme of the event is chosen according to the organizers the stakes of the event the theme adapts according to the circumstances.
Innovative ideas can improve the system and change the mind of the culture and revolutionize African gastronomy.
The theme must embody the ideologies of the Africa Gastronomic Project
And reflects the reality on the ground<\/p>

The event is generally sponsored by a high authority, the municipality, regional or departmental tourism delegation or a benefactor.

To bring together cooks and consumers to face the challenge of developing gastronomy.
To provide clear and definite answers if the health standards regarding the consumption of local products The event is 50% commercial.<\/p>

The awareness seminar is an event organized by Africa Gastronomique and all of its partners.
15 partners minimum is necessary for the organization of this event
And more than 3 official partners To be able to help raise funds for the organization of the event
The event should be held in a public place with a conference room, space for practice and mini time. Activities:

Open to the public of the Times exhibition of agri-food products and sale of services
An open kitchen for tasting the dishes made<\/p>

2- Training
Training workshop Theory and practice closing by certificates
Conference and education on products and services department<\/p>

Awareness science and awakening for consciousness follow the consumption of local products Workshop (tips on African cuisine, exhibitions, sales …)<\/p>

3- Entertainment
(Music and humor presented by the African gastronomic entertainment club)<\/p>
